SULTAN MOHAMMAD
Conferred when the Divine Trust of Faqr was transferred to him in Madina, 2001. Means 'the king' of the kingdom of Faqr.
SULTAN-UL-ASHIQEEN
Sultan of all lovers of Allah. Granted unanimously by all Sarwari Qadri Shaikhs in the Mohammadan Assembly.
SHABEEH-E-GHAUS-E-AZAM
Bestowed by Ghawth al-Azam himself. Means 'the reflection of Ghawth al-Azam' or 'the living portrait of Ghawth al-Azam'.
AFTAB-E-FAQR
Conferred by Sultan-ul-Faqr VI. Means 'the sun of Faqr' - spreading light to the whole world.
SULTAN-UL-ZAKIREEN
Sultan of those who invoke Hoo. Associated with his marvel of granting Sultan-ul-Azkar to all disciples.
SHAN-E-FAQR
Means 'the glory of Faqr'. Title on earth while 'Aftab-e-Faqr' is his title in heavens.
KHADIM SULTAN-UL-FAQR
Self-titled out of humility. Means 'the slave of Sultan-ul-Faqr'. Remained part of his name for thirteen years.
SULTAN MOHAMMAD - THE KINGLY TITLE
Divine Trust Transfer
When the Divine Trust of Faqr was transferred to Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen in Madina, in 2001, he was conferred the title of 'Sultan Mohammad' from Mohammadan Assembly. Since then, he is lovingly called as 'Sultan Mohammad' by all the Saints esoterically.
However, it officially became a part of his name on adorning the throne of Divine guidance and persuasion immediately after the death of his spiritual guide in December 2003. He was ordered by Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani, Sultan Bahoo and Pir Bahadur Ali Shah to make 'Sultan Mohammad' a permanent part of his name.
SULTAN-UL-ASHIQEEN - SULTAN OF LOVERS
Unanimous Grant by All Sarwari Qadri Shaikhs
The most popular title of Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman is 'Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen' (Sultan of all the lovers of Allah) which was unanimously granted to him by all the Shaikhs of the Sarwari Qadri order in the Mohammadan Assembly because he proved himself to be the most ardent lover of Allah and Prophet Mohammad.
The Mohammadan Assembly grants titles to every Sarwari Qadri spiritual guide on the basis of one of his special attributes which distinguishes him from others. This attribute dominates and has the most influence upon that Saint's life.
The way he loved and served his spiritual guide is also unprecedented and proves that he truly deserves the title of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen. Being the Sultan of lovers, he is also munificently granting the blessing of Divine love to his disciples and seekers.
Shabeeh-e-Ghaus-e-Azam
Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen is the reviver of true Mohammadan religion and is spreading its real soul, Faqr, in the world. Therefore, to acknowledge his great efforts in this regard, Ghawth al-Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani himself bestowed him with the title of 'Shabeeh-e-Ghaus-e-Azam' which means, 'the reflection of Ghawth al-Azam' or 'the living portrait of Ghawth al-Azam'.
AFTAB-E-FAQR - THE SUN OF FAQR
The Illuminating Sun
Since Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen has made immense efforts to spread Faqr in the world, his beloved spiritual guide Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali conferred his beloved spiritual heir with the title of 'Aftab-e-Faqr' which means 'the sun of Faqr'. Undoubtedly, he is the sun of Faqr which is spreading its light in the whole world.
This exactly is the interpretation of his mother's dream which she saw while bearing him. It is only due to his efforts that Faqr is not hidden anymore, rather is rising like the sun and illuminating the dark ignorant world.
